We are Dirigo Fermentory: a Brewery and Kombuchery located in beautiful Costa Rica! We are very passionate about providing high quality products, using natural ingredients. Our name "Dirigo" comes from Latin and means "I lead". It is the motto of the state of Maine in the US, where we fell in love with craft beer and kombucha. Back in Costa Rica, we want to share our love for fermentating and a little bit of the place that inspired us so much.
