We brew our beer at our Restaurant, with lots of love and intention. If you're lucky, you can even catch our staff making some of our beers during your visit.

Acadia - weissbier

Acadia is a refreshing wheat and barley Ale, with subtle notes of clove and banana provided by the yeast, it´s different and delicious.

Named by Acadia National Park, on the coast of Maine. A magical place, full of nature, where one day after a relaxing walk, we were inspired to brew this beer.

Style: Weissbier

Alcohol by Volume: 5.2%

Bitterness: Low

Chuck - Blonde Ale

Easy-drinking, malt-oriented with subtle hop notes, is a refreshing pint without aggressive flavors, ideal to introduce people into the craft beer world.

We named it in honor of our dear friend Chuck, an easy going and very special Mainer, just like this beer.

Style: Blonde Ale

Alcohol by Volume: 5.0%

Bitterness: Low

Faro - German Pils

Our Lager beer. Light and refreshing. Medium bitter, with a slight Pils malt character and a subtle floral aroma characteristic of noble hops.

Inspired by a hot summer day looking at the Portland Lighthouse, one of Maine's most iconic symbols.

Style: German Pils

Alcohol by Volume: 4.5%

Bitterness: Medium

Hunter - New England IPA

Through Dry hopping and a unique mix of hops you will enjoy the delicious flavor and aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, hiding its bitterness. High alcohol content, savor it slowly.

Inspired by hunters, who for generations keep alive an activity that, in addition to being necessary in the State of Maine, is a tradition. Strong, authentic and interesting, just like this beer.

Style: New England IPA

Bitterness: Medium to High

LOVER - SINGLE HOP WEST COAST IPA

Mosaic hops are the protagonist of this bitter and yummy IPA.

A labour of love... our head brewer dedicated this beer to her husband since he is a fan of West coast IPAs and a big fan of Mosaic hops.

Style: West Coast IPA

Alcohol by Volume: 6%

Bitterness: Medium to High

NATIVA - BRITTISH BROWN ALE 

This delicate and smooth dark beer was made for those who love a good dark beer and that want to have more than one without feeling too full. With notes of coffee, caramel and cocoa from the Costa Rican cocoa beans added to this beer.

The name of this beer, Nativa (which means native) pretends to highlight two ingredients in this beer that are native to Costa Rica: cocoa beans and water

Style: Brittish Brown Ale
