Acadia is a refreshing wheat and barley Ale, with subtle notes of clove and banana provided by the yeast, it´s different and delicious.
Named by Acadia National Park, on the coast of Maine. A magical place, full of nature, where one day after a relaxing walk, we were inspired to brew this beer.

This delicate and smooth dark beer was made for those who love a good dark beer and that want to have more than one without feeling too full. With notes of coffee, caramel and cocoa from the Costa Rican cocoa beans added to this beer.
The name of this beer, Nativa (which means native) pretends to highlight two ingredients in this beer that are native to Costa Rica: cocoa beans and water

This beer awarded us our first Best of Show / Gold medal in 2024 at the "El Rey de las Birras" competition organized by the British Embassy in Costa Rica. This is a malt forward, dark, low alcohol session ale suited to drink in quantity. Very refreshing and flavorful at the same time with a wide range of dark sugar expression.

A sour beer with a hint of salt to highlight the Cas, an indigenous fruit from Costa Rica, that we ticos usually eat with a touch of salt. The passion fruit balances the equation to bring to life a refreshing, low alcohol beer, perfect for a hot day. Some customers like it with a touch of glass and Tajin on the glass border. This beer was made using the kettle souring method using lacto bacilus and malts that include wheat and barley. It was named in honor to our Beer Garden and it is always on tap there.

This malt-focused, toasty, caramelly beer has a delicious and subtle butterscoth aftertaste and delicate hops to balance the malt caracter. It was named in honor to the Edinburgh 7 to conmemorate Women's day.
